Mode Hospitality Management was founded by industry leader Paul Celnik, a creative pioneer known for his focused, innovative and sound-business solutions. Mr. Celnik leads a team of diversely talented industry professionals dedicated to one result - to show the highest possible return of investment for each and every client.

Mr. Celnik's career spans over 25 years from management of world-renown luxury hotels, resorts and conference centers to commanding senior executive corporate and property positions throughout the world. Mr. Celnik's professionalism and drive to expand his definition of hospitality inspired him to found Mode Hospitality Management. Assembling a team of professionals dedicated to the art of hospitality, Mr. Celnik brought his international experience in the luxury hospitality and restaurant industry to various properties in the New York Metropolitan Area, the Caribbean and South America. His global knowledge of industry markets and trends contributed significantly to the success of each property's state of finances, operation and services.
